Q:Do I need to buy SD card to use this dash cam?what size sd card is recommended?

A:Yes, need to buy SD card separately. 32-256GB SD card, class 10 or U3 level above.

Q:What should you do if you lose/can't find some of the video files?

A:The car cam has loop recording, it will delete the oldest files and record newer files when SD card is full except the locked video files. We suggest you to turn on G-Sensor at low sensitivity which will auto-lock the videos when a collision occurs.

Q:What should you do when your dash cam freezes or you can only record a few seconds of video?

A:In this case,this is the SD card issue,not the dash camera issue. Please format SD card to have a try. using the fake wrong and bad SD card can also result in this issue. If the issue is still exist, please let me know, we are dedicated to resolving.

Q:What should you do if you can't successfully locate the GPS from the dash cam in the car?

A:Turn on dashcam in an open area,wait for about 2 mins,see GPS icon on the upper right of screen turns green,and the speed display means GPS has been positioned. If there is a metal film on the car,it will affect the GPS,please cut a hole out of film.
